Thats a cool soundin amp..is it a dark voiced amp or just dialed in that way ?

Sounds like it has potential although that guy needs to make the clip longer to be a viable amp tone demo imo. Got any more ?

I like an amp that really shows the guitars tone as well...

I want to hear some fast palm muted stuff. I hear potential in that clip, but Todd isn't heavy handed enough :lol:
 
Definitely bigger, meaner sound than the M60. Sweet! Too bad I just sprung for something else. Does not sound too saturated, though. A little dry.
 
Sounds killer. I actually prefer the voicing of the wizard. I do love the JMP clips too. Cool gear!
 
I love this guys demo's and playing, and the fact that he's another "pure nickel" string user, tells me alot about his ear too.

I really like the M60 clips. The Wizard sounds like a Marshall/Hiwatt hybrid which is cool, just not for me. Maybe if I played the Wizard, the 'feel' might win me over 'cause who doesn't love a great sounding/feeling Marshall.

The M90 sounds a little too dark for me too, but I must have listened to those M60 clips a hundered times. I really seem to connect with that sound.

Cool clips and really appreciate having these type of demo's available to hear. :cool:
 
Yeah its dark, but those Rectifier cabs he's using are pretty dark so thats at least part of it.

I agree, those mini digi cam mics suck and don't make the most flattering recordings. We need some actual clips recorded correctly.

I don't doubt the M90 is a killer, the M60 was a cool amp.

todd's also has a bonneville combo right now too which is going to be pretty cool...he hasn't even opened it up yet...how in gods name could you get stuff in and not open in...

True, but I have heard tons of shitty audio clips as well that don't do amps justice. It's really risky buying an amp without demo'ing it first and at that price.

I think I like the M60 more on the basis of those clips all being recorded with the same camera but the real test is trying it for myself. If I were Elmwood, I would have a guy traveling around and giving demos. If they really are that good-and I believe they are- they would sell themselves.
 
ah well, hell its better than nothing, that was the only thing we had of the m90 before
