Are you referring to your avatar? It's a bit less "wow," than the last one, but that one was like, "wow, if I open this at work and my boss sees this, I'm done for."

I'll keep my opinions to myself, but, wow, I'm suprised it has come to this, over two assholes who DESERVED getting banned.

I understand what you are saying, but what is curious to me is why you stepped down instead of looking for somebody to replace Mitch? I understand that Mitch does 99.999% of the technical work around here, but I am pretty certain that I speak for most everyone when I say that we see you as the boss here.
This is not meant to be a jab at Mitch as I am thankful for his work in keeping this place running and have nothing against him whatsoever (and GREATLY appreciate the removal of Carl and MikeV). But, typically when the boss has a problem with an employee the employee is let go, the boss doesn`t step down. I know I don`t know everything that is going on, just putting it in the perspective of the members. I like it here and really hope that things are not going to change but I have a feeling that they already have for the worse

I understand Chris, just meant to say this all started because of that. IMHO, I dont think Mitch was trying to go over yours and Bob heads or step on your toes, he was just acting for the general population, and what "we" were demanding. As for everything else, I just took it as clean up, nothing more, but I'm a third party watching from afar.
This is how "I" took it. I know I'm not "in the loop" perse, I my be way off.

I didn`t say that it would work without Mitch. I don`t really care for the editing/deleting of posts that has been going on, but I have no problem with Mitch. I was just under the impression that it was Thump's board.

This place apparently isn't working with Mitch, at least not how the original creator of rig-talk had in mind. This was Chris' idea and I believe it could be run as well, if not better with anyone that knew their way around phpbb formatting or whatever else was needed to keep things working here.
I have no problem with Mitch though and its really none of my buisness, so whatever.
