I emailed Voodoo Labs a couple of days ago but i got no response so far (probably because of the holidays) but i'm wondering how i could incorporate my GCP/GCX gear into a W/D/W setup? I filled out a GCX work-sheet and maybe you guys could tell me if this will work and if not, what i could possibly change to get it to work?
I included a rack efx unit in the diagram but theoretically if that works then you could maybe also run one pedal into another that has stereo outs to the power amp. thanks

*note: please don't mind my hilarious attempt at using MS paint to fill out the sheet

Is your guitar really that noisy? If not, then why the noise gate right after the guitar?

Also, why is the G-Sharp in loops? No real reason to have it removable with loops. If it's just for the wet sides, then just bypass/mute it with a preset or control function.

If you must have the G-Sharp to be loop switchable, I'd move everything down 2 loops, move the noise gate to loop 3, and that'll give you 2 open loops for pedals before the amp. Lead boost, phaser, or whatever..

i'm just looking at your amp switching here.

if you're wanting the channels to change via the 1/4" channel jacks in the back, it's not going to work.

on the Mesa side:
for the 1/4" function, it will be a tip to ring latch connection and this is what you will get with that: ch 2 on a Mesa is the default, and you will be able to toggle from ch 2 to ch 1, or ch 2 to ch 3, but never from channel 1 to ch 3 directly. i don't know why they set their amps up this way, but it had me and my other guitar player completely frustrated for a few weeks until we figured out that toggling from ch 1 to ch 3 and back would never work for us without manually using the Mesa footswitch, or getting an RJM Mini Amp Gizmo (which was recommended by Mesa)

since you are switching using midi, i would go out and grab an RJM Mini Amp Gizmo and the specific cable they make for your Mesa. this will allow the channels to be accessed via the 7 pin footswitch jack on the back of the Mesa. with this setup, you will be able to program your GCP to access any channel you want including the solo and loop functions.
