One of the best preamps I've ever heard, has the preamp section of the Ultralead. It does have the “Fat mode“ issue, when you turn on the unit it loads a default patch where the “Fat” button is stuck in “always on / active” status. This can be resolved once you cycle the power on/off after a reset, the Fat setting functions normally and can also be controlled (as On or Off) on the front panel. Doesn't affect the sound at all. Not really interested in trades. Questions? Looking for $1300 shipped PPFF

Discontinued and obsolete part, unfortunately. It's like a programmed EEPROM or something that controls it. Not a normal part.
