I don't see a problem. It's an ugly ass paint job to start with IMO, and I wouldn't want anything with an EVH paint job on it anyway. So Kiesel have done they're own version that's different enough that it doesn't infringe upon the trademark. I think it's hilarious that people have sand in their vaginas about it.

I don’t hate them the fit, playability, and finish is consistently exceptional along with the sonic lifelessness of every one that I’ve played.
