Does anyone know the neck dimensions of Doug Aldrich's Gold tops?

That was my thought exactly...but he dp say his Gold tops are 57s and R7. Got me thinking

Wasn't his first dark back Gold top an R7, that he bought from someone on here?

He has said he retired his first R7. He bought two more for touring. It's in the rig rundown for the Dead Daises from a few years ago.

Yeah, that I did know. He refret them to 6100 stainless steel.

He's not the one making the knock-off guitar...and he's way to big and a long time user of the brand. That's what I think.
