Built from Peavey USA body, neck, pickups, bridge, tail piece. Neck was marked "artist unit" when I took possession. Tuners are Scaller which is what Peavey used. Electronics are from a EVH made in Japan Wolfgang so, EVH low friction vol., high friction tone pots.
When I received the body it was already stained on top and painted on back with no clear coat from the factory. I had a satin clear applied to the back and shinier satin on the top. From a foot away it looks perfect, but there are small imperfections. Pictured the best I could.
The printing in the clear coat in the next to last picture is around the perimeter of the top. It is very difficult to see unless you get very close and hold the guitar at a certain angle to the light. From a foot away, straight on, you sont see it.
