Unusual build. The preamp is PTP without a board, and there is a PCB with a empty socket. Someone know what is that for?

Absolutely. I also have a 100 watt Metroplex MKII inbound!! Similar to the UK68.

Once the Metro arrives, I’m offloading a bunch of my amps. Between the UK68 and Metro, I should be all set.

If anyone is interested in a Friedman Smallbox or BE100 (with 1st channel modded to plexi by Dave F.) messsge me. I have a number of other plexi type amps I’m looking to sell.

It will be interesting how the Metroplex and UK68 compare to one another......Congrats on the Metroplex MKII acquistition...I've heard nothing but good things about the MKII since it's release.:yes::2thumbsup:
 
You were an inspiration--been looking at this amp on Reverb local for months: #1 Morris Muscle '69/70. You looked so happy I was jealous lol. Cool guy, I'm sure he's a member here. Already bought a Colby from him. Love that guy!

Oh man I’m foaming at the mouth!!

The UK68 is so damn good, and while it is definitely plexi/brown sound territory, it has it’s own distinct thing going on. Glen really is on some next level shit.

Can’t wait to give the Metro a spin🤟
