Talk me in...Or out of a Marshall JVM410H

I'd buy one if it was cheap. I dug the 205H. OD2 Orange was worth it alone.. I just used OD 2 Red for leads, it screams with harmonics galore. But OD 2 red channel with the gain backed and boosted could get downright brutal. It's an above average amp IMO, and if you tube it with good tubes, bias it right, it'll hang with much more expensive options. The JVM responds well to good tubes/good bias. The older ones came with Marshall labeled =C='s, those sounded good for sure. I dug the JJ KT77's in it too. Nice chunk. Needs a 4×12 to shine..

Here's some good advice.

My old bandmate had one for a while, switched to the Satriani sig (with the gates instead of reverbs) and that one sounded better to me.
I don't know what has been tweaked, but I preferred that one.
Current 2nd guitarist in my band went from an Engl Invader 100 (like mine) to a JVM as well. He gets good tones from it.
But the 1st two things I'd do is
1) put KT77's in it (with proper bias)
2) use it on a cab with some type of speakers that do the 'creamy magic' to a Marshall circuit, like G12-65's (or vintage (vented) T75's.
