Will Hunter Biden get a presidential pardon?

By the US Justice depts. own guidelines, Hunter Biden is not eligible for a pardon.

These are guidelines for the Justice department to consider an application for pardon. They don’t interfere with a POTUS absolute right to pardon someone. The prez can do that at anytime and he doesn’t need the DOJs permission. He is definitely going to pardon him on the way out.
 
I don't see Hunter going to jail, he has already threatened to take the "big guy" down with him. He knows enough to take a lot of people down with him.

No he cannot! CFR means code of federal regulations. They’re not recommendations. Those codes aren’t just arbitrary, they’re derived from congressional legislation. There is a process for this and it’s not haphazard. The newly heard SCOTUS case Loper Bright delved into the concept of who is making the rules. Even Biden trying to cancel student debt was a was ruled a no-go because of legislation. The rules are clear as day derived from congressional action.

Sorry, but you don’t understand what you are reading. The President can pardon anyone at any time, even before there person is charged with a crime, or any legal proceedings are even brought. Gerald Ford Pardoned Nixon, and Nixon hadn’t even been charged with anything. The only time a POTUS can’t is in matters of impeachment.

I read that too, and damn if that isn’t just shitty, unjust and gross nepotism, worthy of stringing a man up. Cringeworthy and egregious corruption.

Yep, I’m looking at after the election but before Jan 6. Perfect timing.
 
It’s hilarious to see Hunter scam on his taxes while dad is telling everyone to “pay your fair share”
The hypocrisy of democrats knows no bounds. Hunter says he plead guilty for his family while he denies his own daughter even exists.
He will be pardoned.. kidsniffer said he won’t do it, but he will. At this point kidsniffer’s gonna disappear after the next election, Hunter knows where all the Biden bodies are buried, no way the rest of the family will risk having him turn evidence on them and loosing everything. It has nothing to do with Joe caring about his son and everything to do with keeping him quiet.
As much as we all hate it, he’s gonna likely get off again like he has done his entire life.
You just have to trust that he will get his in the end.

That is the sad truth. We can hope for all of them to get hit by a bus, but history tells us that not only will they get away with treason and other crimes, they will live out their days way better than the average American can ever hope to. History also tells us that when you walk thru life fucking people over , you get what is coming to you eventually, but that just doesn’t provide the same level of satisfaction as throwing them out of a helicopter. Oh well, got to take what you get in life some times.
