All the details of the amp are on Sweetwater. They post up info of what the manufacturer sends them that would be on their own website anyway. I get the disdain of a lack of a website though.I can't find any details on this amp. Bogner has a garbage sure so I can't see how many channels, modes, can it to crunch?
Lately I've been leaning toward using more classic crunch and vintage voiced amps and boosting, adding an OD to get the heavies. I find that works better than using an ultra high gain head and trying to get crunch tones out of it. But it depends on what the person needs. For a lot of guys, this is perfect amp.
I do love Bogners.
The amp can cover all grounds believe it or not. It has a fantastic crunch on channel 1. It’s more flexible than the twinjet’s channel 1 crunch. It’s not a vintage voiced amp by any means though if that’s what you were hoping for in that mode. It does take boosts very well including with it’s own internal clean boost.
Sounds like the 20th anniversary XTC would be more your thing.
