Post band practice: the Orange Super Crush 100 rules!!!

Just got the SC100 head used yesterday. Im incredibly pleased.
Nice!!! What cab are you using it with? I had the head but ended up getting rid ot it since I was already gigging with the combo. Since it is essentially the same thing I just sold it.

I mean it speaks volumes that I have a Marshall Silver Jubillee Head, 5150-III EVH 50 watt 6l6 Stealth head, and I have been gigging with the Orange Super Crush 100 combo. I love all of my amps and the fact that the Super Crush can be even in the same conversation is awesome.

Glad you snagged one! I love the Super Crush tone and they did a great job. I have a Quilter Tone Block 202 which is also solid state, and going to get a Soldano SLO pedal and see if that is a gig option as well.

I have it set up as my 2nd rig w a sealed back cab w a V30

On monday ill put it on my 2x12 which is closed back, internally separatesld w V30 and a Greenback - that will prove a more proper test

The clean channel is handling muff, rat and 250 pedals great. The dirt channel sounds like my rocker terror but a little dirtier - accepts boosts well too.

Its not a full replacement tonally for my Dual Dark 50 that im selling but im gonna be very content with this. Im getting rocker feel i was hoping for.

That's great! I typically keep the gain at around 2 o'clock on the crunch channel and use a Keeley boost but sometimes I don't even use one.

They are great amps for sure and a great addition to my tube amps.
