Herbert new Leds - anyone change these?

I absolutely love my Herbert however my eyes are extremely sensitive to the very bright blue leds.

I'm looking to change these out.

Anyone else do this and have any pics or tips?

I tried that initially and just didn't like the look of it lol

I'm thinking about replacing with those coloured LEDs like used on the old rectos etc.

You should get like a soft LED but colored

I currently wait for LED to arrive to me for same very reason of you.


The LED stock for herbert give you arc burn if stare too long. You must wear dark goggle when tweak...

Paint over the LEDs with blue nail polish… which can be easily removed
