Problems with my Captor X

Hi everybody

I have a problem with my beloved Captor X. It's sounding wrong as if there is not an cab and the red light is flashing even at low volumen. I have an Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 40 watt. I've tried to lower the out volumen to low, but that does not make any difference. I have updated the firmware to the newest. Tried a hard reset and also tried to reinstall everything. I have tried with an different speaker cable, but it's all the same. What to do?

Last thing. The Fender amp works normal without the captor x, so there is nothing wrong with the amp.
