Remembering CJ Snare

I was sad when he died. He had some pipes for sure. A really unique voice in the 80s scene.
 
Saw them many times, and they are one of the most pro bands I've seen. Always on, always good. CJ was a helluva singer, and kept it up long after his peers had lost it. Classy group all the way around. RIP, CJ.

Same here. I saw them in 2008 at a club that was filled with so much cigarette smoke, you could hardly see the band. He nailed everything. They had meet and greet after and he couldn't speak, his voice was gone. He went from raging, super high screams to nothing after. You would never had known. Really great guys, and just happy to have fans.
 
Funny you post this I have been listening to 'All she wrote and other of their top songs the past few weeks. Awesome band and singer. Super sad story and reminder to get a scope of your lower GI as often as recommended.

I saw FH open for Tesla in Reno circa 93? maybe 92. Killer show!!
 
Nice I never even knew that happened; Cajun Dome is like 20 mins from me
