Sounds sick! Definitely recognize that low end chug from my Skeleton Key, but its fun trying to pick out the Jubilee sounds since I'm less familiar with those.

Overall maybe a bit dryer than any of his Plexi/800 mods I've heard?

EDIT: Also fuck yeah for some KSE riffs

Thanks to @xfactor23 for bringing over the amp and both him and @SidViscous for the playing- This amp was sick and crazy aggressive

JTM45 and Jubilee are by far the best amps that Marshall ever produced.

So yeah, always interested to hear modded JTMs and Jubilees :)

Based on the clip and others I’ve heard (which I know doesn’t tell the whole story) this seems to translate better on jubilee than the 2203/4 models. Would love to hear one in person

It’s interesting since I don’t like stock jubilee’s as much as 2203/4’s. Too smooth, but maybe something about the smoothness and other aspects of its voicing fit the mod better. I liked some of the Monomyth recto clips too

To me, it smoked the stock skeleton key I played- had crazy upper frequency bite without being anemic- obviously wizard had it beat on thump but it was aggressive and well balanced for sure

I agree. I tried a friend's Skeleton Key V2 amp and used to have an '80's JCM800 2204 and '79JMP2203 both with the Skeleton Key mod. The clips of the Monomyth Jubilee seems like I'd enjoy it much more than the ones I've played

It does seem to be aggressive with character in the upper frequencies in a different, but in some ways maybe also similar way to the Hermansson's and Hell Razor. Some older guys here seem to hate that haha, but it's grown on me and I love if done well for modern stuff

To me this was the closest amp to a hell razor that I’ve played minus the wizard thump

Maybe a Monomyth modded 250w Model 2000 could match that thump or even exceed it. One can dream haha

Need to get a crazy big output transformer like a wizard with super high plate voltage and put in into a marshall

Anyone know what the cost of this Jubilee modification runs at?

Why do these guys usually limit their best stuff lol
Ive done about 8 of these jubilee mods so far, prototype boards are on the way and Jason and I are putting this circuit out via club secret with two separate tone stacks so basically two amps in one box, Jason is flying in late November and were building 10 of them during visit, we'll post some updates on our socials.
