For sale is my Mesa JP2C Mark IIC+ 60/100 watt amp head in excellent condition and is fully functional, no issues. Comes with power cable/footswitch and cable/head cover. Only reason for selling is I need to thin the herd a bit to pay for other future gear purchases. Asking $2100 Shipped/Insured PPFF or add 3% if using PP Goods and Services. Will be shipping from NC zip 27406. No trades.

UPDATE- Final Price Drop $1950 Shipped/Insured PPFF or add 3% if using PP Goods and Services. If no takers, will keep for now.

Update. After getting some questions if the amp has Schumacher transformers, it appears it does not. Amp was built in 2018 and the codes don't match up to what the Schumacher transformers should have.

So, how would you run 2x16 ohm cabs? One in the 16, one in the 8? Would that sound wonky? I've been interested in trying one of these, but Mesas seem to only cater to their 8 ohm cabs. I have 2 16 ohm 1×12's, and this is nice and compact and would sit nicely on top..

Got this info from the manual on their website. Your particular scenario is applied in bold text according to the manual-

Below are some common and correct SPEAKER Output Connection Examples;
•One 8 Ohm Cabinet – To 8 Ohm SPEAKER Output (One MESA 8 Ohm Cabinet).

• Two 8 Ohm Cabinets – Each to a separate 4 Ohm SPEAKER Output or One Cabinet to PARALLEL Input on MESA SpeakerCabinet and 2nd Cabinet to other PARALLEL jack On MESA Cabinet.

• One 4 Ohm Cabinet – To 4 Ohm speaker output. (Any 4 Ohm Cabinet)• Two 4 Ohm Cabinets – NOT RECOMMENDED! Output Transformer NOT setup to run on 2 Ohm Load.

• One 16 Ohm Cabinet – To 16 Ohm SPEAKER Output.

• Two 16 Ohm Cabinets – Uses Parallel box or “Y” connector to 8 Ohm SPEAKER Output.

These common Cabinet connection scenarios will cover most of the widely used setups you will
