What do you guys use? sometimes, I don't feel like firing up my gig rig and whatnot and like a simple amp, like a modeling amp for noodling and whatnot.
I have had the Line 6, Boss Katana's, Blackstars, etc.
For the last few years, I have been using the Spark 40 and loving it and the features it has with the app.
I just picked up a Spark 2 this weekend. LOVE IT. the AI features on the app are really cool. room for improvement, but nonetheless, heading in the right direction. If I ask it to create the rhythm sound from "rock you like a hurricane", it presents me with a few options, and I'll be damned. there it is!
Also has a built in looper and drum machine. Separate volume for steaming songs and guitar. I can upload my guitar karaoke tracks into Apple Music and import those into Spark and put on a one man show.
I can't say enough about how feature rich this little amp is.
Also have a USB C powered Spark Go. It is tiny and fits in the palm of my hands with most of the same features without the looper that rocks.
