2006 PRS Singlecut 10 top, Very Good Condition with minimal play wear and an amateur attempt that fixing some belt buckle wear on the back. It was lacquer in wear but it didn't quite match the color and was not evenly leveled. Frets look great without any wear. No breaks or repairs. Zero PRS neck peel! Awesome flame maple 10-top, mahogany back and neck, Wide-Fat neck carve, East Indian Rosewood fretboard with bird inlays, PRS Machined Non-adjustable Stoptail bridge, with Tortoiseshell finish, nickel hardware, and #7 treble & bass pickups. 25 inch scale. The guitar weighs 8.8 lbs on my bathroom scale.
Note: Any spots On the top is glare. The is one slight indication near the Volume knob and some slight pick marks right where they should be. I just waxed the guitar so it's now super shiny. Also the guitar flame top looks better in person, probably because of the glare.
All original but the strap buttons were changed to what looks like Dunlop Locking, the original Ones are included along with the Original Hang Tag, key, bridge all ends wrench, warranty card, instructions, sticker and Hard Shell Case.

I am getting to retirement age and I have collected too much gear over the past 30 plus years. I'm not playing in a band anymore, I just occasionally play acoustic at church. So I'm slowly selling quality gear that's just sitting here unused. 99% of my gear (including this) has never had played out by me or left my climate controlled, pet free, and smoke free home.
