Here's a new mod I developed. It's a plate driven tone stack, standard non-Jose master and no diodes. It's essentially the antithesis of the MOAB, which is cathode follower, Jose MV and has variable diodes.

This mod flat out rips hard. Cleans up amazingly well with volume knob and does a wide range of gain like the MOAB. The texture of the gain is different. It’s very harmonically rich but still with tons of clarity.

I told myself I was gonna just stop at one Ground Zero modded Marshall. I can see that that’s not gonna be the case.

Man this one is so worth it! I built another one for myself on an early 90’s 1987 re-issue. Was playing it yesterday and it just keeps me playing and playing. Such a great gain structure to this one.

I put some original 70’s knobs and black bat switches in it…

The most difficult thing is to find money for yor whole lineup 😂
