Sorry, I am referring to the smith-mundt "modernization" act. You're correct the original did prevent it, and then obama "modernized" it.
 
1. A well thought out and irreversible overhaul on the voting process minimally requiring 2 forms of verifiable ID (and eyeball scan with DNA samples for Democrats) along with a USA citizenship.
2. Severe felony penalties and jail time for under age gender/WOKE brainwashing in public and private schools.
3. Construction of self maintaining robot run jails in Alaska, Antarctica and the moon to handle all child gender abuse felons.

You already need a US Gov approved "real ID" as a registered voter.

How about "digital" IDs! ...They can be tied to biometric data and vaccine status! And work camps for people who have wrong ideologies, all maintained by Elon's AI robots!!

Mandatory voter ID. Maybe something based off of a social security number.

Mandatory 5 year jail sentence with no parole for committing voter fraud. Second or subsequent offenses require 20 years of hard labor no parole.

Any sentence could be reduced to only one year if a fine of $100 Billion dollars is paid to the opposite side of the political spectrum.

There is no "parole" with Federal prison unless you golf with the judge.
