New Wampler Pedal - Catacombs

This looks like a lot of pedal in a small package. I ended up not keeping the Metaverse I had, but had it been this, it would have been far too useful! I always like to have a good BBD, Tape, and Dig delay on tap, having several reverbs makes sense. The reverbs sound really nice in the video Brian put out.

This looks really cool. I've been thinking it would be nice to have something like this to run in the loop, on some of the amps i play at home a lot.

I'd considered the UA del-verb previously, but wasn't crazy about the price or user interface.

Yeah looks good. I went this route with my smaller board and the Source Audio Collider but it has a latency issue switching between delay and verb, couldn't deal with it so I went in another direction. I like what I'm hearing from the Catacombs.

The thing that threw me a bit is that the reverb sounds pretty lush but the modulation depth in the delay repeats feel a little shallow. I find it funny that Brian cranked it up to max, played a bit, and then reached as if he was trying to turn it up more and realized it was maxed out.

The delays sound ok from what I have heard, will look at some more demos for sure.

Reverbs sound pretty large and have some dimension to them, so I dig that.
