Purchased a new FB 2 from Sweetwater. The level control does nothing on the dial until you are at least 10 o'clock/11 o'clock. Is that normal?

I just checked mine, and I would say that is accurate.

The delay level is probably just too low below that to be heard over the direct signal.

That is normal, I have the TC Corona chorus and Flashback2, it's the same way.

I found the flashback un-usable in a band setting.
Ive had my MXR carbon copy 10 years no problems.
