FourT6and2 and the beast

RT needs to know what I can confirm. My '71 Langner modded Superlead has been with me many years. I never gave up on what I always remember it to be. The problem I ran I to is people who said they could restore the amp to the original mod that Todd Langner did to it and never delivered...until now.

FourT6and2 took another approach and put in the time to research Todd's work and implementing what he learned and it paid off. This amp is as crushing and brutal as it has ever been. I cannot thank him enough.

GREAT JOB! I subscribed to him immediately after stumbling upon one of his threads or posts, I don’t remember precisely.

Glad that the amp is now in it’s full glory. Let it rip! And post a clip if possible 🤘🏻

I'm glad you like the amp now, Ted!

This amp is pretty special... it absolutely rips. As a single-channel, high-gain beast, it will demolish the high-gain channel of pretty much any other amp I've played. The other techs who had their way with this amp really did it—and you—a disservice by messing with it.

Ted came over yesterday so I could finalize some parts of the circuit while he A/B'd the changes in real time. When we found the right combo, he played like two chords and we both instantly knew it was a winner.

Ted, thanks for trusting me with this one. Enjoy!

I was always curious what is it you cooking there with all that amp tinkering you been doing. Wish I get as knowledgable one day. But my small experience is limiting my understanding of things.

Now I want one too. Will you build me one? (If I get rich 😂)

Love Todd’s work ! Congrats on getting yours to sound it’s best ! I have Langner modded 1969 Superlead. Amp rips !
