I had this LP and saw them open for Satch/ Flying and EJ/Venus tour.

I forgot how cool this band was! Kinda like a more pop slick version of Badlands and the Vivster wails on every track with great tones!

plus he rocked a Mojave Scorpion thus a bro bro with a Mo Sco must have impeccable taste🤣

I always liked the idea of Riverdogs better than that original album, somehow, but it sounds good and definitely has its moments. I think Viv would have still used his Whitesnake rack at that point, so probably mostly Soldano tones.

As an album I probably like Shadow King more, but that´s more or less another Lou Gramm solo album.

i just don’t remember liking the album as much back then as i do now!
