I have no idea who this person is. The video just popped up from youtube suggestions and I gave it a watch. She claims to be a left leaning populist and Huey Long is her most favorite politician.
Quick tangent, there's a piece towards the end of the video where she talks a little on Huey Long. Me being from Louisiana I can tell her view of him is a bit skewed. Yeah he did some good for my State back then and knew how to talk to the people, but he was also one massively corrupt mother fucker. I think she forgets about that part (or chooses to ignore it).
Okay, back on topic... While I wouldn't agree with her left leaning views on some things, this is probably the most honest critique of the Democratic parting coming from someone on that side of the fence. She put out some harsh truths that those on the right have been saying for a while now. I would like to think the average person on the left is more like her and completely dissatisfied with the party.
This also has me thinking what the future of the Democratic party might look like. I'm seeing a big divide starting to form. There's obvious infighting, finger pointing, and denial coming from the extreme far left. The ones who devour their own if someone shows the slightest hint of a thought different from the group think. Then there's a side that at least on the surface seems more rational. The ones who gravitate towards left leaning policies in general, but are exhausted from the retardation of the loud woke minority. My suspicion is this is where a chunk of the red shift came from. It has me wondering if the party will develop a sub-faction, but keep it together as a whole. Or if the divide between normal democrat and woke lunatic democrat will be large enough to see a complete split and a new party start to form.
Anyway, here's the video. Like I said, I thought she gave a good honest critique and didn't hold many punches. It was rather entertaining as well. If you have the time I suggest giving it a watch.
