I owned 2 different CCVs… one MC built and one from the BK era. Had them next to each other too… sounded the same. That being said, I own a Hellion now and it’s definitely as good if not better.

That's what I'm saying. My Hellion & Alta are just as good and IMO better than what I've heard from a Cameron. If a CCV was trending in the 2K-3K range like other boutique amps; then sure, I'd have some interests. At current prices when they come up it's a hard pass. If I'm going past $3500, I may as well say fuck it and get a Wizard. Arguably a better amp than a Cameron and still costs less than one.
