2015 Cameron CCV sold for 10K in 3 hours......

Meh.
There's not an amp on earth I would spend $10k on.
Especially one that sounds like that.
Also, whoever made the video should probably find a new career path, tbh.

I mean it’s literally just the small number of us outbidding each other because we’re nervous someone else will buy it before we do. We know that about each other, and people just throw shit at the wall to see which forum member jumps at it.
 
Cameron’s don’t seem to be popping up for sale anywhere as much as they used to, I think I’ve seen more ccv’s for sale than any of his mods lately

for sure. when i put my aldrich mod up in december, i had more messages in a span of a few minutes than i've ever had. was getting messages even after it sold (which took all of 15 minutes)

I would go for a mod over a used ccv for a crazy price. Last several mods have been what I consider somewhat reasonable. 4k, 5k… around that territory.

Or if it ever turns into a new amp ready to ship with PayPal guarantee or whatever I’d do it.

I paid a fraction of that for my mig, all the lore and everything aside I can’t imagine there’s a $8k plus difference in tone from a ccv. I’d like to find one of his vtm’s or 5150 or other odd ball amps he’s done. I couldn’t buy anything new
 
I’m hearing more Cameron in the triple recs, which makes sense cause my triple G with my Chiron gets me closest to mine

Yeah, I honestly haven’t seen one of yours or the odd balls for sale. Tough to say what it’d draw. Always vintage Marshalls. Which I get just looking at other modders pricing and being unable to get them anymore sure 4-5k makes sense, and there’s actual COMPARABLE SALES. Not just throwing shit at the wall lol.

The way to go for a Cameron these days seems to be snag a jca20 for $350 and do the Cameron mods psychodave posted the schematics for, one of these days I’m gonna do it myself
