If Randy was still working there I would call him and offer to demo all these amps.
Skoora nailed it. Pretty much any of us could do a better video.

It would be like if I did a jazz rig demo. I can fake it. But anyone that actually plays jazz could do it better.

I don’t get that they don't see this or receive feedback and just hire a metal player. Hell, did they piss off Petrucci when they fired Randall?
“Hey guys, I know a guy who knows the guy who plays in Nevermore. He could get him to do some demo’s for us and it wouldn’t cost much”
“Nah, we’re just gonna get Jeff from Shipping to do it. He’s a huge Phish fan”.

the problem is that now that they’ve shown the 2c++, I see no reason not to expect them to release a 2c+/++ coli reissue. Which would be fucking killer. Or a Rev c reissue triple or something crazy. It basically shows better stuff can come out soon that you are better off waiting for
What would the difference be between a 2c++ vs a 2c++ Coli?

The power amp?

Yeah- 180w with 6 tubes- I’m not sure I’d even prefer it to a non coli one, but I already have an original 2c+ and colis right now go for over 10k

1m52, Holy flubby fuzzy mess, Batman. o_O
Agreed. How does this keep happening?

That doesn't sounds like a capture issue, more like the amp just wasn't dialled in well. I know third parties will eventually get it right but it's crazy that the manufacturer can't.

Upon the C++ official release, are we going to get another 3 hr video sermon on how the Mark series tonestacks are pregain? By now even the Pope knows this.

Les Pauls can sound heavy as fuck- it’s a mixture of the settings and player

I use LPs almost exclusively for heavy tones, it's 100% user error if you can't get a LP (even with PAFs) sounding heavy with a modern high gain style amp

yeah tell us about Metallica 45 yrs ago who now play Fractal.
