My first Mesa was a IIB. I bought a IIC+, III Red and IVa. All bought new when they came out.
Played on several IIC+. None of them sounded the same. Each individual amp sounded slightly different.
Not all of them sounded great.
I would expect the reissues to sound like some of the better ones.

I would expect the price of tubes to go up with the tariffs.
I expect the USA made tubes to cost three or four times the price of the tubes from Asia.
The quality of metal like the quality of a lot of raw materials is not very good.
