This. First, and foremost. I had 2 old 5150's that both had similar issues, and they are notorious for needing the jacks cleaned periodically. Deoxit, spray in there, and the tip of a cable, and pop it in and out multiple times, rinse, repeat.

The white Custom is pretty sweet looking. With USA pickups, it's not a bad deal, especially on the used market. I'd probably upgrade the hardware, but I do that to USA's too. I was just always leery of fretwork from China. Seems like they're doing something right.
