Holy shit I guess I should've clicked that link... a $699 pedal, huh ?? hmmmmm
So the 1st channel is based off the Chime V1 I have now. Boost / drive type pedals I own right now to compare it to: Wizard Leopard, OG Keely Katana, Chase Tone Secret Preamp, Suhr Koko Boost V1, Menatone Top Boost...
Right here, this one. BTW - check out this guy Mike Herman’s for pedal demos. No talking, no bullshit, just good content

One time, I had the Cameron in my avatar that I got direct from Mark, and JB called me up offered me what was then stupid money for it... I had just played a JVM and was offered a ridiculous cheap price on a new one so I figured I couldn't lose, sold JB my Cameron, bought the JVM with money left...
Terry was a great dude, I had multiple interactions with him and multiple amp deals. I saw his Gear Page post about not living through 2025 and tried to call and sent him a massage with no response. This sucks
Thanks for all the input, very appreciated. For sure I'm in the 'buy once, cry once' camp relative to this..... the used prices on the H9 are pretty good though, but more horsepower, ease of use and likely better product shelf life are appealing

Got the bases covered for sure, lots of trial and error though. Really though right now its the Wizard MC25 (main gig rig), Suhr PT15 backup, and the 3rd Power Wooly Coats & Clean Sink combos. I've always loved the lower power amps, just good tones in there.
Last one I'll throw out to further...
I think the MkII is a better choice because of the additional variable boost switch (original version doesn't have this)
Personally I don't think the reverb is important unless you use it lots, otherwise there's a shit ton of good reverb pedals out there you can get (ie Keeley Caverns delay /...
The 38 is gnarl.....like unmiced big outdoor gig gnarl. Shit ton of power there, pretty sure that was Brad Paisleys rig of choice for a long time. So many good sounds in that amp
