Interesting because I don’t recall seeing one when I changed a preamp tube in mine. But I wasn’t looking for a dsp chip either. I would be curious to know what chip he used. Maybe one day, I’ll be curious enough to have a peek.

I don’t recall basic fbm-100h having a dsp. Wasn’t it the 100x that is supposed to have one?
