If you by gain boost mean the pull function on the Master 1 knob that is actually the same as the pull deep. Gain boost is just what the old IIC faceplates said, the function is the same.

I’m pretty sure Lamb Of God used the rev B. At least 3 of 4 heads in this rig rundown looks like IVb, with the smoother tolex and the rounder EQ slider knobs. Only the top one in Willie’s rig looks like it could be an A, but it could also be an early B. I’ve had both, but prefer the A myself.
