I once used sealant on a speaker basket. During disassembly I ended up with a deformed basket and ruined plywood.

For my 2x12 I went the same way as mnemonic, I just bought a gasket tape and glued it to the baffle, not to the speaker.

I have the 100W reissue and it's a really great amp. Nice thrashy tones through the G12EVH and also V30. Now I don't miss my 2203 at all, which I stupidly sold and immediately regretted.

They're not my favorite band, but I like to listen to them sometimes. Anyway, I prefer some of their older stuff (Midian, Nymphetamine). I don't really like their newer production, maybe because of the drummer change. However, OP clip sounds good.

RD50 is different circuit wise. I believe RD45 could be more similar.
