From the Kremlin of Nizhniy Novgorod, its the original name of Gorky. It was changed to Gorky by the communists, like St. Petersburg (renamed Leningrad by the Soviets) its now back to its original name (from the 12th or 13th century?).

Spammers had never been that active as in the last month or so. Samplitude registered user's forum, which is impossible to access, without user registration and approval, had been spammed in the last few days, getting irrelevant PMs from all over.
