Interesting. The only one I liked better than the V30 was the G12H.

G12H was the best sounding one to me followed closely by the V30.
Oddly I liked they way the V-Type sounded in the mix and that's usually one I don't like. It did however sound like shit out the mix against the V30.

Of course we all know, thanks to modern internet geniuses, that speakers have absolutely no effect on tone. These all sound exactly the same to me just like every single guitar, every single string gauge, every type of wood, every tube, all Distortions and Overdrives, all amps.

Wow. I did not expect myself to prefer that v30 over the other speakers so much. The H comes in second but nothing has the same forward character and punch here.

How would you mount them in a Bogner 4x12 (v30/greenbacks...take out the greens)

Too bad there was no Eminence Wizard in this. I have one of those mixed with a Governor in one of my cabs and it's the most aggressive cab I own. The Wizard is supposed to be their take on the G12H. Wonder how close it is?
