101B + 20th Anniversary XTC

A client/friend of mine loves things about his 101B and loves things about the 20th Anniversary. He really wanted the higain and compression of the 101b mixed with the power section of the 20th. So I got Bogner to make me a 20th with the preamp section of the 101B. The results were really really cool. The 20th had alot more gain and sounded angrier. It sounded way better than I thought it would. The clean channel suffered a little, but still sounded real good. Its worth the mod if u need alot more gain especially at lower volume. I dont think Bogner is offering to do it now. But maybe after NAMM
