15 watt head Tweaker effects loop mod

So this maybe a question for Bruce, but is Egnater still offering the 'free' (other than paying to ship it) mod for the effects loop? Got two different answers, 'yes' from Nate and Josh ( awhile ago, when they still worked there) and 'no' from Barrett, more recently. Amp is still under warranty.
