16 Extra Cabinets ?

I saw this one the website, but when I downloaded the update I couldn't find the extra cabinets. Is this only for new owners? Thanks.

From October 1st to 31st 2015, receive an extra 16 cabinets for every Torpedo C.A.B., Live or Studio registered with Torpedo Remote.

To get your extra cabinets:

- Purchase a Torpedo C.A.B., Live or Studio, download and install Torpedo Remote.

- Launch Torpedo Remote with your unit connected in USB and follow the registration information

- The download of all your cabinets will begin at the end of the process

The offer works for newly activated Torpedo CABs, after October 1st and before November 1st.
