Those two knobs appear to be:
1) a PPIMV, possibly a Trainwreck “Type 1” version and,
2) adjustable NFB resistors on a rotary switch.
The toggle adds a 220 uF cap in parallel with .68uF on the v1b cathode resistor for a fatter tone.
