A very rare and unique Heritage up for grabs here.
This is a 1985 Heritage H140 custom ordered with a hockey stick neck.
It came from the factory with a Kahler 2300 trem system. Fortunately, it is the older style that retro-fits on a standard stoptail/bridge configuration. When i got it, I took off the Kahler and put it back to a Nashville style bridge/tailpiece setup. The factory original Kahler and mounting studs....also a locking nut and bar are ALL INCLUDED IN THE SALE.....in case you want to put it back to stock.
It suffered a headstock break sometime in its life...it has been repaired and is solid...no tuning problems.
This guitar displays many dings, dents, scratches. Perfectly reliced.
BUT...this guitar features:
One piece Honduran mahogany body and neck
HEAVILY FLAMED maple top
Dark, streaky rosewood board (looks Brazilian, but i cannot confirm)
Bone nut
Locking tuners
Chrome Nashville style bridge and tailpiece
Seymour Duncan SLASH CUSTOM SHOP bridge pickup and SD SLASH NECK pickup
CTS 500k pots and Russian PIO caps
Medium C neck carve...not super slim, not a log
Plush hard shell case
The frets show minor wear...still have plenty of life left in them.
This H140 delivers a full, rich rock/blues tone from the bridge pickup and a fat, creamy tone from the neck pickup. The setup is low with superior playability that is easy on the back!!!
ALL THIS FOR ONLY....$700 plus shipping
Thanks for looking!
