2-button footswitch for Shiva NR

Do you guys know of a 2-button switch that will work with the Shiva? With lights?
I'm looking for something to use with my NR head, since I only need to switch Channels and Boost.
This would save me some space on the floor.
(or actually, if there's any way to use a 1-button switch to go from Ch. 2 to Boosted Ch. 2, that would be ideal cuz those are the 2 sounds that I use.)

I have made my own twice, and I made this diagram if you want to build one. It's pretty easy. I made mine with a Stereo TRS jack, so that I can make the footswitch-cable removable.

I made mine out of a modified Vox FS2 footswitch. But any of those 2 button marshall style footswitches will work.

Here's what it looks like:

1. The stock marshall/vox footswitches come without LEDs, and with SPDT switches.

2. You'll need to drill holes for LED bezels and add them in.

3. You'll also need to add in DPDT switches. I used Carling. Super solid.

4. Make sure you get a PLASTIC stereo out jack. You need to make sure that the body of it is non conductive. The "ground" is not really a ground on the footswitch, the same way on a guitar cable. It's more like a 3rd conductor. If you use a switchcraft metal one, and the body of the footswitch touches any pedals, you'll get hum problems. Trust me, been there, done that.
 
ditto...just bought a shiva head w\no footswitch, would like to see if I could do this myself.

Apple discontinued MobileMe and it's image hosting, so getting everything over to Flickr has been less than fun.
