I want an iceman bad but I’m not paying that crazy money… those fuckers are expensive….
The PS vs Iceman are different; IIRC, the PS series were based on the specs of one of Paul's favorite late '50s Les Pauls whereas the Iceman are not; they hve different specs....while they look the same the specs are different.
You can get Iceman new from $620 and up.
The PS60 is around $349 new, but it doesn't have a set neck, Duncans or the Gotoh hardware like the PS120 and PS10. The best value for the money, IMO, is the PS120 at $999.99 - it's basically a MIC version of the MIJ Prestige PS10 that costs $3499. The differences are minimal, IME; none of the differences are major.
The PS10 is 3x the price of the PS120, you have to either hate MIC, love MIJ or be a Paul Stanley fanboi like me to pay for a PS10, and even I won't pay the $7K+ for any of the PS1 cracked mirror guitars.
You can find used PS120 around $600. The Ibanez PS guitars are my fav hardtail dual humbucker guitars, i.e., they are my Les Pauls, so I had to have the PS10, and a spare.
IDK much about Iceman, but if you want a great PS guitar at a reasonable price, the PS120 is it. IMO.
