2003 Jackal Randy Rhoads Polka Dot Flying V replica- $old.

No trades please.

Made in very small numbers by Mike Ripley of Jackal Guitars. Mike is very well known in collector circles for building painstakingly correct replicas of Randy's guitars, and this PDV is no exception...right down to the offset polka dots on the shoulders of the body. Serial number is JKL PDV 0003, so this is the third one ever built. Mike has suffered some extremely serious health issues in the last few years and is no longer building these, so what there is out there already is it.

The specs are as follows:

1 5/8" nut, Rosewood fingerboard
Dimarzio Super Distortion bridge pickup and Dimarzio PAF neck pickup
Truss rod nut is hidden underneath the neck pickup. This is so the guitar can benefit from having an adjustable truss rod but also stay true to the appearance of the original, which had a non-adjustable truss rod
Original brass Charvel tremolo system with press-in arm
Gotoh tuning keys
Includes Dean hardshell case

There is a small superficial finish crack at the base of the neck, but otherwise the guitar is in excellent condition. It plays and sounds absolutely fantastic!
