Perfect for V1 or V2 of a Marshall-style amp.
National 12AX7A. This is one of the Beijing military square getter tubes. As used by Mesa Boogie in the 80s and early 90s; renowned for its tone in high gain amps.
Sovtek 12AX7LP. Long plate, non-spiral filament tube. Great for phase inverters and more. Lower noise in DC heated amps than the LPS.
