2FA Verification Issues

First of all, I applaud the extra security especially in light of all the recent hacked accounts in the Member Classified section. That said, I guess I'm being rather thick-headed about how to proceed to access my listings so I can bump them. I enabled both the email and app 2FA, logged out, logged in with the 2FA and continue to get the message, "To participate in this section you must have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled and at least 50 posts to your name."

Can someone help a brother out?

Yes, you automatically get .05% off any transaction in Off Topic. But in all seriousness yes, and I will give an example why.

Recently, a scammer gained access to a longtime, well known members login info. (Not through this site). He knew multiple emails, and passwords. He even spoofed his IP. He was attempting to buy amps sell some stuff. If we hadn't known for sure that it was FOR SURE not that particular member and knew how to directly contact them..he would have gotten away with it on boards otherwise.

It's just a second layer of protection when you log in, and to cut down on any scammers is a good thing any way ya slice it.
 
I get that but to my point, this will not move gear.
 
That 2 step verification sign up was a surprisingly irritating pain in the ass. It would not send the code to my email, and yes, I checked the junk box.
