Hi guys. I am LOVING my roadmaster 4212. killer amp that seems to get better every day.

this is my ?: When are the Roadmaster 2x12 cabs going to hit the retailers? Thanks, PD

Guitar Center is waiting on the Rebel and 1x12 so we can ship all of the new stuff together so they should be in store by the end of October. However, they are instock now and would ship immediately if you ordered one.

Thanks for the responsew, john. I appreciate it....was wanting to order one (or two) but didn`t want to float the cash then be waiting for weeks. Thanks again!

I just ordered my 2x12 earlier today :) so if you see one from Iowa in the quota, take good care of it :D Or I should say, if there is one gem that has risen to the top of the class  you know where to send it.

Matt

What are the specs on the 2x12's? open or closed back? V30's or Elite80's?

Just as important, perhaps... what's GC selling 'em for?

Took the 4212 Combo back to GC yesterday.....swapped it for a 4100 head and went ahead and ordered the 2x12 cab. Am playing the head thru an Avatar 2x12 w/vint. 30`s. They sound good, but the combo with the open back and the Egnater 80 watt speakers really sounded better. I am surprised by that due to the fact that I am really a "closed back" kind of guy....I have always preferred them, so the sound of the roadmaster cab was a nice surprise for my ears.

Will post more when I get the cab! Thanks for the info, guys!

got the cab.....big hole in front of box where something punched it in (mostly hollow box with NOTHING IN IT TO PROTECT THE FRONT OF THE SPEAKER GRILL!!!!) and caved in the front grill cloth.....took it home to uncrate it, pulled it out hooked it up......horrible buzzing and rattling opened the cab up completely....took the entire back and metal plate out....listened more....still buzzed....got down in front and listened real close.... buzz coming from speakers them selves.....read reviews at Harmony central......there is an issue with the quality of the
glueing -on of the dust caps.....its a good thing the Chinese are good at diving sports....after returning my 3rd Egnater product to Guitar Center  I am swearing off....now to sit down and enjoy a nice cool glass of Chinese milk! Ahhhhhhh.

Let me see if we have this right. You left Guitar Center with a box that had a huge hole in the front of your TOURmaster 2X12 cabinet? Why would you do that and expect it to be OK?

+1. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Why not just go back to the GC where you got it and pick up a working head & cab off the floor (provided they work correctly)? At least you'll know there is no hole in the box or speaker issue.

I read your harmony central review and, while I can see why you are upset about these amp issues, I think your immature choice of words ("turdmaster") actually hurts your credibility. Not saying your issues didn't happen, but I'm inclined to read anything you post here with a grain of salt.

If you want to take issue and resolve your situation, man up and do it the right way. Don't bitch and moan on message boards.
