I know this pic is small, but I can seem to spot a bias pot anywhere. I hope there is one

Sorry for the useless (kinda) information, but this is making me really nervous about the life expectancy of electronic devices. All I do for a living is check the compliance of different electronic components, and reading about all this has some nasty thoughts going through my mind....

Yea I am not a big fan of board mounted tube sockets, it looks like the power tubes are mounted on that recessed board.
ROHS sucks man. I love how the military and Medical are exempt
