5150 III to VHII flavor
I was bored and I decided to paint the first part of the grill on my 5150 III to the EVH yellow on black stripes series.

What do you think??

Those both look great. Now someone just has to do some decent masking and make the red/white/black version! I am surprised they don't make swappable versions for $20 for people to buy. I bet they'd sell like crazy.

if you look at the 5150 III striped version, it 2 front panel one is upside down, one is white and the other one is red. but if it's was available to buy, i've would buy it for 20$. We have to consider that it's EVH, so it would be far more expensive.

But I like my amp!!

Did anyone did the same thing to their EVH Cab?? 4x12 or 2x12??

Interchangeable fronts would be a big seller for that amp.

Man that is badass ! I am only a casual VH fan. I never thought of him as influential on my playing but I look at my gear and realize that he is definetly having an effect on me in some form. Peavey EVH guitar, Mxr phaser, Evh Flanger, 5150 mini and now I ordered the 5153 100 watt. For a guy who does not really play or associate with his vibe why do I have so much EVH gear? I love Tony Iommi and Michael Schenker.....never bought an SG or a V........
